This might look like:
- you chronically over-give–that is, give more than actually feels good to do--and then end up feeling resentful and depleted
- you feel guilty or find it difficult to rest and enjoy life while so much suffering is present in our world.
- you are finding that your ‘normal calm, cool and collected’ has recently been interrupted by low-grade irritability, anxiety or discontent – or bigger inexplicable feelings of grief, anger, irritability and rage.
