On Relating Well with Land, Ancestry, Trauma and Self with Nathali Arostegui

Nathali Arostegui (she/her) is a bodyworker, mystic and medicine weaver of Mestiza heritage living in British Columbia, Canada.

In this conversation, we explore "practice" as the simple and mundane integrations of relating well enough with land, body, ancestry and the flow of life. 

Nathali shares her journey through trauma into reclamation of her indigeneity and other personal and ancestral narratives.  We explore complexities around what it means for folks of European descent to relate with land.  She also shares what it means for her to support folks of diverse heritage through the 'death practice' of life.
